ORDERS

  • Creating an account

    On the upper left corner, click on the tiny person, which should lead you to the Login page . Click Create Account.

    Don't forget to let us know if you'll be using Vidro for your home, for events or for gifts so we can tailor our suggestions for you better. :)

    Lastly, get first dibs on promos and new releases by signing up for our newsletter with the checkbox in the sign up form.

    Make sure to check your email to receive your welcome discount code. :)

  • How to place an order

    Whenever you see an item you fancy, click add to cart. Once you've finished shopping, the pop-up will appear, and you can click PROCEED TO CHECK OUT.
  • Where else to buy Vidro

    Get the chance to meet the products in person when we do pop-ups. Sign up for our newsletter, and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated on our whereabouts!
  • Ordering from Outside Metro Manila

    For orders outside of Metro Manila, proceed to put things in your cart and select 'Outside of Metro Manila' in the shipping section. Courier fees will be quoted on a case-to-case basis. After we receive your order, we'll be emailing back with your shipping quote in 1-3 working days.

PAYMENTS

  • Payment Methods

    Bank Deposit
    An email with the details of your order along with our bank details will be sent upon checkout. Please reply with your proof of payment within 3 days of this email for your order to remain valid.

    Cash Upon Pick Up
    For those opting to pick up their purchases at the Vidro office, cash payments are accepted upon pick up. You must reply to the order confirmation email to confirm and schedule your pick up.

  • Payment confirmation

    Bank Deposit
    An email with the details of your order along with our bank details will be sent upon checkout. Please reply with your proof of payment within 3 days of this email. We'd hate to miss out on your next celebration!

  • Discount codes

    You may enter discount codes upon check-out. Only one discount code per transaction will be accepted.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  • Shipping within Metro Manila

    Door to Door Delivery
    1. Fees
    Door to door delivery within Metro Manila costs PHP 300 per transaction.

    2. Shipping Preparation
    Once payment has been confirmed, it will take 2-3 days for your order to be ready for shipping. From then, it will take 3-5 working days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. As all our products are fragile, we take the time to package it in beautiful but courier-safe ways, so every product arrival becomes a celebration in itself. ;)

    Order Pick Up
    1. Fees
    This delivery option is free.

    2. Shipping Preparation
    Once payment has been confirmed, it will take 2-3 days for your order to be ready for pick up in the address below:

  • Shipping Outside Metro Manila

    1. Mode of Shipping
    Orders from outside of Metro Manila will be shipped via our courier of choice, LBC Express.

    2. Fees
    Shipping fees will be quoted on an order-to-order basis. Please expect your shipping fee quotation within 1-3 days of your order confirmation email.

    3. Shipping Preparation
    Once payment has been confirmed, it will take 2-3 days for your order to be ready for shipping.

    3. Shipping Lead Time
    LBC takes an average of 3-5 working days to deliver within the Philippines.

  • International Delivery

    We currently only service orders delivered to addresses in the Philippines.
  • How to track your orders

    Orders within Metro Manila
    An email with the details of your order will be sent upon check out. A link to your order status page is also included in this email. (Look for the green "View Your Order" button!)

    Orders outside Metro Manila
    A tracking number from our courier of choice will be provided to you. You may track your packages at www.lbcexpress.com.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • EXCHANGING DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    Damaged items will only be accepted for a one time exchange upon the assessment of the Vidro team. Item/s must be of the following conditions for exchanges to be valid: a) still in proper condition b) have not been used c) is still in its packaging Furthermore, the shipping fee will not be handled the Vidro team. The products requested to be exchanged will depend on stock availability. They may be exchanged only for store credit of products of the same price or higher.
  • LIABILITY ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    Vidro is not liable for any goods that are broken while in transit with LBC for orders outside Metro Manila. For damaged products for delivery within Metro Manila, it is subject for review by the Vidro team.

About the products

  • How the products are made

    They are made with centuries old methods, the first of which factory was established in 1769 in Portugal by the Marques de Pombal. Since then many companies have retained the methods used, this includes Vidro Glasses. The material used for the glassware has also been sourced where they were originally found. All of the glass is handblown, renewable, non-polluting, and recyclable.

    All items are made in Portugal.
  • How to care for your Vidro item

    Wash with soap and water and air dry. Dishwashing may damage the glass or the design.
  • Storing your Vidro item

    You may display them or store them in room temperature.
