PRODUCTS


Our products are made using centuries-old methods from a factory that was established in 1769 in Portugal by the Marques de Pombal. Many companies have retained the methods used since then, and this includes Vidro Glasses. The material used for the glassware has also been sourced where they were originally found. All of the glass is handblown, renewable, non-polluting, and recyclable.

Our glasses are not perfect and some pieces may have bubbles in them. Don't worry because these bubbles are not defects. They add a unique element and character that make your glasses more special and beautiful!


All products are made in Portugal.


Wash with soap and water and air dry. Avoid dishwashing as this may damage the glass or the design.


You may use them as a display or store them in room temperature. Please avoid exposing your glassware to sunlight.

On the upper left corner, click ACCOUNT, which should lead you on the Login page. Then, click CREATE ACCOUNT.

When you're done creating your account, make sure to check your email to get your welcome discount code!


Click ADD TO CART when you see an item you fancy. When you've added an item to your cart, a pop-up will appear. Click CHECK OUT when you're done shopping.


Get the chance to see our products in person when we do pop-ups. You can also find us in several stores but stocks and styles are limited. Send us a message to know which stores our products are selling on consignment. You may also sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated on our whereabouts!


Click ADD TO CART when you see an item you like. When you've added an item to your cart, a pop-up will appear. Click CHECK OUT when you're done shopping. Then, select Outside Metro Manila in the Shipping section.

Courier fees will be quoted on a case-to-case basis. After we receive your order, we will send you an email with your shipping quote from the courier within 2-4 days. From there, kindly deposit your payment within 1-3 days and send us the proof of your payment.


All orders are processed only during work hours: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM.

For those who will pay via bank deposit, an email with the details of your order along with our bank details will be sent upon checkout. Please reply to this email with your proof of payment within 3 days. We wouldn't want to miss out on your next celebration!

Once you already have our discount codes, you may enter them upon check-out. Only one discount code per transaction will be accepted.






DELIVERY & SHIPPING


Mode of Shipping
Orders within Metro Manila will be shipped through door-to-door delivery.

Fees
Door-to-door delivery within Metro Manila costs PHP 350 per transaction.

Shipping Preparation
Once payment has been confirmed, it will take 2-4 days for your order to be ready for shipping. From then, it will take 3-5 working days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. As all our products are fragile, we take the time to pack your orders in beautiful but courier-safe ways, so every product arrival becomes a celebration in itself!


Mode of Shipping
Orders from outside of Metro Manila will be shipped via our courier of choice.

Fees
Shipping fees will be quoted on an order-to-order basis. Please expect your shipping fee quotation within 2-4 days of your order confirmation email.

Shipping Preparation
Once payment has been confirmed, it will take 2-3 days for your order to be ready for shipping.

Shipping Lead Time
Couriers take an average of 3-5 working days to deliver within the Philippines.


We currently only accept orders delivered to addresses in the Philippines.


Orders within Metro Manila
An email with the details of your order will be sent upon checkout. A link to your order status page is also included in this email. (Look for the green "View Your Order" button!)

Orders outside Metro Manila
A tracking number from our courier of choice will be provided to you. You may track your packages on www.lbcexpress.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We allow exchange of undamaged items under the following conditions:

1. We are informed of the exchange up to 2 days since delivery date.
2. The product is still in its packaging and in good condition. This will be up to the discretion of the Vidro team.
3. The shipping fee back and forth will be shouldered by the client.
4. We do NOT allow refunds, so undamaged items may only be exchanged for products of the same price or higher.







DAMAGED PRODUCTS


Damaged items will only be accepted for a one-time exchange upon the assessment of the Vidro team. We can only exchange damaged products until 2 days after delivery.

The exchange will only be valid if the product is:
a) still in proper condition
b) have not been used
c) still in its packaging

Furthermore, the shipping fee will not be handled by the Vidro team. The products requested to be exchanged will depend on stock availability. They may be exchanged only for store credit of products of the same price or higher.


Vidro is not liable for any goods that are broken while in transit with the courier for orders outside Metro Manila. For damaged products delivered within Metro Manila, it is subject for review by the Vidro team.
